Our Story: Built on Hard Work & Family Values
How It All Started
In 1975, Kuldeep Singh Lalli arrived in Langley with a dream and determination. Armed with just a pickup truck, a rake, a wheelbarrow, and an unwavering work ethic, he started Superior Asphalt Paving Ltd.
What began as one man doing small residential driveways grew into something much bigger. Through honest business practices, quality workmanship, and word-of-mouth referrals, Superior Asphalt became a trusted name across the Lower Mainland.
A Family Legacy Continues
Today, Kuldeep’s sons—Kam, Harvey, and Ranj Lalli—carry forward their father’s legacy. We still operate with the same core values he instilled from day one: hard work and dedication on every project, honest pricing with no hidden fees, quality materials and proven installation techniques, and customer satisfaction guaranteed in writing.
In November 2008, Kuldeep Singh Lalli passed away at the age of 60. In his memory, his three sons fulfilled his final wish by opening an on-site asphalt manufacturing plant to complement the family’s successful paving company. His legacy lives on through their commitment to the values he taught them from a young age.
